How I work

I am an integrative counsellor which means that I use a variety of interventions with my clients tailored to their individual needs. These include:

  • Person centred therapy

  • Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT)

  • Gestalt therapy

  • Creative interventions

  • Mindfulness

The relationship with my clients is of fundamental importance and I aim to create a warm, supportive and confidential environment to help you address your specific needs.
